The Burning Legion - Kathrax' Army
One of the biggest threats the Lionheart had to face was the army of Kathrax the Doomlord. For much of the Legion expansion they were a thorn in their side, dating back to the time they were still the Lionheart Vanguard.
The Doomlord Kathrax
The story of Kathrax goes back only months after the Lionheart Vanguard was made. The demon's goal was to create an army of the best creatures from the many worlds the Burning Legion had conquered. With Azeroth ripe for the taking and the final invasion underway Kathrax deemed the Lionheart worthy to join his army and proposed his most tempting offer. It was refused which angered the demon lord greatly, so much that he'd sworn that they would suffer greatly for rejecting him.
The Doomlord was so powerful that only a most arduous ritual could bring him to Azeroth. The Vanguard at the time failed to stop him from being summoned and nearly died in the initial confrontation with the demon. Kathrax was determined to lay waste to Azeroth in name of Sargeras but was in an epic battle defeated at the Stonewrought Dam in Loch Modan. There he was weakened and banished back to the Twisting Nether, bringing a halt to the demon's plans to make his mark on Azeroth.
From Argus Kathrax planned his vengeance on the Lionheart and when the rift between the Legion's world and Azeroth was created in the aftermath of Kil'Jaeden's defeat. He sent forth his armies on the planet once more and delivered a crushing defeat to them as they set foot on Argus itself, forcing them to return to Azeroth and recover. Little time of recovery was granted, however, as he sent his lieutenants to the planet to inflict the suffering he had promised them by hunting down their family and retrieve a set of artefacts left behind on Azeroth.
With the damage inflicted and the artefacts retrieved the Lionheart returned to Argus to begin their final campaign to defeat their nemesis once and for all. A gruesome two months followed to weaken the Doomlord's army before finally confronting him in a remote section of Antorus. A massive battle was fought there that required the combined effort of twenty-five people to kill Kathrax. Many were gravely injured and one perished in the battle, but their hated enemy was defeated.

Alaana the Assassin
After failing to complete her task on Azeroth and perishing at the Stonewrought Dam, Kathrax has sent his best magi to pull Alaana’s soul from the twisting nether and speed up her recovery on Argus. A punishment for her failures followed not shortly afterwards as Kathrax had his warlocks ordered to infuse her with the powers of the Void to empower her beyond anyone’s imagining.
Alaana was Kathrax' best and most ruthless assassin sent after the Lionheart. She played a role in the deaths of Maruus and Melserae Moonblade by afflicting them with an incurable poison, one that also was given to David Kingston. She met her final death within Antorus when the Lionheart made their final assault on what was left of Kathrax' army.
Malakar Felshriek
Once one of the Outcasts, Malakar followed in Iskar's footsteps as he sided with Gul'dan and the Shadow Council on Draenor. Following the defeat at Hellfire Citadel, he was one of the few survivors and fled to the winds. Now a warlock and freed from the Curse of Sethe, Malakar wields powerful, dark magics from high above in the name of his patron, Kathrax. Through beady eyes, he reserves a particular hatred of all draenei, for spoiling the bright future of Iskar and the Arakkoa. With wicked malice, he will sear the flesh from the bones of his enemies.
Malakar became one of Kathrax' lieutenants as a reward for his hard work under his service. A great portion of his army was given to the Arakkoa and under his command he not only was responsible for the deaths of various family members of the Lionheart but the destruction of the guild hall which prompted them to return to Argus for a final time. It was there he perished in Antorus and what was left of Kathrax' armies scattered without a proper chain of command.
Xal'taroh
The soul of this demon was torn from his mortal body, and forced into an appropriately monstrous creation. Famed for his patchwork axe, created from the thousands of creatures he conquered, he was re-forged into an eternal reminder of his sole failure, into a new body, uncomfortably forged from dozens of different failures; though he resembles a Fel Lord still. Tormented, constantly, at the prospect of being granted a body he once owned once more, he is determined to take the lives of those who ripped his soul from it.
Xal'taroh perished in the battle that laid waste to the Lionheart's guild hall after causing significant damage.

Lysa and Saelah
The tale of Lysa and Saelah is a tragic one. When Argus appeared in the sky and the Burning Legion's armies swept across Azeroth the Lionheart - back when they were the Lionheart Vanguard - chased a succubus from Westfall all the way to Redridge Mountains. This succubus, Saelah, was often found enjoying the pleasures of lives with (un)willing victims from across the land, one being a young 18 year old girl named Lysa. The two claimed to be in love yet that did not stop those who followed them from banishing the succubus back to the Twisting Nether.
A heartbroken Lysa was allowed to let go but in her desperation and agent of Kathrax offered her a chance to reunite with her banished love... all in exchange for a price; her loyalty. Without hesitation she accepted and over a few short months Lysa was taught as much as possible to become a warlock and agent of Kathrax herself. Lysa and Saelah met again yet under the dire circumstances that were bound to Kathrax' service for whom they did several vile acts. In the end the Lionheart struck down Saelah and her soul was kept secure by Alexia Redfield. Lysa suffered from her mind being wiped and sent for recovery to the Church of the Holy Light.
Earthbreaker, the Desolate Creation
A unique infernal created from the smouldering wreckage of dozens of worlds, it bears enough sentience to have been noticed by Kathrax, but barely. Able to think roughly for itself, this monstrous creature is composed of the blackened stone of obliterated worlds, though it remains subservient to the demons that must maintain a firm grip to stop this unstable creature crumbling to dust; the lumbering creature must be directed by its masters to truly be effective. Only capable of communicating in grinding roars, and only feeling destructive rage, it serves as the horrifying, raw power of what the Legion can destroy… and create.
Earthbreaker was vanquished on Mac'Aree after a battle that claimed the lives of Maruus and Melserae Moonblade. Its broken husk was thrown off the floating rock and met its destruction on the surface of Argus.
